A: The Laserwash®  has an advanced control system, which will enable you to be notified of the fault via an email message. Access to the machine can also be achieved remotely via an internet connection.

4. The fault reporting through email allows you to remain in touch with the equipment if the site is unattended.

The Laserwash® has an incorporated internet-based interface which allows you remote access to the wash configuration, sales reports and fault-reporting history.  This also allows Prowash, if permitted, access to your Laserwash®, for troubleshooting and diagnosis of faults.  This can greatly decrease the downtime of your equipment.
