Also to your Service Team (Ted and Brendan) for "working through and solving the intermittent fault" we had when our Laser was in Manual Mode. To Andrew and Neville for their assistance and advice on our "Mains Water Pressure" problem we had here recently.

Last but not least Special Thanks to Kim and your dispatch team for not only getting our order out, but also for arranging delivery as instructed, and on the day it was required.

Just wanted to stop & thank you two specifically for your help, patience & prompt service once again this year.

My life would be so much more stressfull if Scott didn't have you two. Your professionallism and attension to detail is just plain awesome. I do have to deal with other companies who take several days to even process orders & don't even return emails or phone calls. They also have no knowledge of the items that they are taking orders for where you guys do, & if not I get transfered straight away to someone who does (Ross).

When I have an issue with late or lost orders or we are out of stock on an item, I know that you guys actually care and move mountains to make things happen. Thanks once again & I wish you & your families a Merry Christmas & a "ripper" New Year
